True safe: Okada Manila’s
health and safety measures

Manila’s iconic integrated resort ensures guests of worry-free visits

Manila, Philippines--- Prioritizing the well-being of its guests and team members, Okada Manila rolled out its 3T (True clean. True safe. True heart.) campaign, which features stringent health and safety measures that go well beyond the minimum safety standards set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

These measures are implemented across the resort, following the highest standards for sanitation and disinfection.

In compliance to IATF health and safety guidelines, entry is allowed only for visitors aged 21 to 59. Pregnant women are not allowed to enter the resort. Wearing of face mask and face shield is required at all times.

Aside from enforcing strict physical distancing measures on the gaming floor and tables, having sanitizers in strategic locations, and implementing touch-free membership card transactions, the gaming area and all high-touch items undergo frequent disinfection.

Guests can enjoy dining at select Okada Manila restaurants. Restaurant seating has been modified to allow at least one (1) meter physical distancing. Table sharing may be permitted as there are plexiglass dividers available for guests’ use.

Contactless and disposable menus are provided to minimize direct contact. Guests are provided with freshly sanitized and sealed cutleries and napkin, while food and drink orders are served properly covered straight from the kitchen and bar to the guests’ table. Surfaces are constantly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.

Express check-ins and pre-registration services are available for guests with prepaid bookings. All Okada Manila hotel suites are thoroughly sanitized frequently. High-touch items are also cleaned regularly.

Each room bears tamper-resistant safety seals, proof that they have been thoroughly sanitized for guests’ health and safety.
