What is Reward Circle?

Reward Circle is the official loyalty program of Okada Manila, a premier entertainment and gaming destination in Entertainment City.

As Manila’s fastest growing membership program, Reward Circle members enjoy exclusive benefits and privileges that recognize them as valued guests of Okada Manila.

Who is eligible to become a member of Reward Circle?

Membership is open to qualified individuals 21 years old and above. You can sign up at any Membership & Rewards Counter inside the casino.

Who is NOT eligible to become a member of Reward Circle?

The following parties are not eligible for membership:

  • Patrons under 21 years of age or a student of any school, college or university in the Philippines
  • Government officials connected directly with the operation of government or any of its agencies and their immediate relatives (spouses, children, and parents)
  • Members of the Army, Navy, Air Force or the Philippine National Police and their immediate relatives (spouses, children, and parents)
  • Holders of Gaming Employment License issued by PAGCOR
  • Patrons barred by Okada Manila and/or PAGCOR or any of its licensed casinos
  • Employees of Okada Manila (regular and casual), personnel and associates of the following:
    • Okada Manila-appointed advertising and marketing agencies
    • Okada Manila vendors and contractors
    • Okada Manila-affiliated companies
  • Immediate family (spouses, children, siblings, and parents) of Okada Manila employees. It shall be the responsibility of Okada Manila employees to inform their immediate relatives that they are not eligible to participate in the Program.

How do I become a member of Reward Circle?

Registration is easy and takes only a few minutes. Guest must present a proof of identification and complete the registration to join the program.

  • For local applicants, present an original and valid government-issued photo ID.
  • For foreign applicants, only passport and Alien Certificate of Registry (ACR) ID card will be accepted as valid identification.

Where do I get my Reward Circle membership card?

Your personalized Reward Circle membership card will be issued at the Membership & Rewards Counter upon registration.

Is there a membership fee to join Reward Circle?

Membership is free.

Does membership expire?

Membership status will be evaluated every 12 months from sign-up or upgrade date. To check your membership status, you may visit any Membership & Rewards Counter or use our kiosks.

What are the Reward Circle membership tiers?

Level 1 (Entry) – Prime

Level 2 – Elite

Level 3 – Premium

Level 4 – Supreme

Level 5 (Top) – Maharlika

What does "tier" mean?

Tier is the membership level or ranking of cards based on Tier Points earned within a specific period. This is defined by a set variety of rewards, services, or benefits, which increase in value as the member upgrades to a higher tier.

How is the membership tier determined?

A member’s total accumulated Tier Points earned within 12 months shall determine the membership tier that will be assigned to the member.

TYPES OF POINTS

What are Tier Points?

Tier Points are used to indicate membership tiers and the eligibility to upgrade to a higher card tier. It is also used to participate in promotions and events. Tier Points are non-redeemable.

How are Tier Points earned?

Tier Points are earned when a member plays at any table game or electronic gaming machine over a 12-month period.

How many Tier Points does a member need to earn in order to be upgraded?

Effective November 11, 2019, Tier Points required for each tier are as follows:

Prime – Free Sign-up

Elite – 100 Tier Points

Premium – 500 Tier Points

Supreme – 2,500 Tier Points

Maharlika – 15,000 Tier Points

What are Circle Points?

Circle Points are earned through gaming activity and rating. Like a redeemable wallet, Circle Points can be spent anywhere in the resort (1 Circle Point = PHP 1.00). Circle Points are valid within 12 months on a first-in-first-out basis.

What are Lifestyle Points?

Lifestyle Points are earned through non-gaming purchases and activity in our hotel, spa, restaurants, Cove Manila, and selected retail outlets, among others, when member pays using cash or credit card. Lifestyle Points can be spent on any non-gaming activity within the property (1 Lifestyle Point = PHP 1.00). Lifestyle Points are valid within 12 months on a first-in-first-out basis.

Where can I spend my Circle Points?

Circle Points can be used for both gaming and non-gaming activities and products, such as slot credits, promotional gaming chips, hotel stays, dining, entertainment, and retail shopping. Conversion rate is at 1 Circle Point = PHP 1.00.

Where can I spend my Lifestyle Points?

Lifestyle Points can be used only for non-gaming activities and products, such as hotel stays, dining, entertainment, and retail shopping. Conversion rate is at 1 Lifestyle Point = PHP 1.00.

What if my Circle Points/Lifestyle Points are insufficient for a purchase?

Members may use a combination of Circle Points, Lifestyle Points, and cash/credit card for payment. Terms and conditions apply.

Where can I check my Circle Points/Lifestyle Points balance?

To check your Circle Points/Lifestyle Points balance, you may visit any Membership & Rewards Counter or use any kiosk.

How do outlets validate purchases using Circle Points/Lifestyle Points?

To ensure security and validity of transactions, member will be required to present their membership card and enter their personal identification number (PIN).

What if I forget my PIN?

To reset your PIN, visit any Membership & Rewards Counter inside the casino. Kindly present a valid government-issued ID and your membership card for proper identification.

Do Tier Points, Circle Points, and Lifestyle Points expire?

Tier Points, Circle Points, and Lifestyle Points are valid only for 12 months from the date earned and shall expire on a first-in-first-out basis.

How do I update my account information and communication preferences?

Simply visit any Membership & Rewards Counter and present a valid ID to update your information.

What if I lost my membership card?

To request for a card replacement, please visit any Membership & Rewards Counter and present a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. Card replacement fee applies.
