How to Join
1. ) Offer is exclusive for Reward Circle members.
2. ) Member must earn at least 10 Tier Points per gaming day to redeem a prize. Daily earning period is from 6 AM to 5:59 AM the next day.
3. ) Upon reaching the Tier Points requirement, member must proceed to any membership kiosk and print the voucher on the same gaming day the points are earned.
4. ) Offer is cumulative per Tier Points milestone.
5. ) One prize allowed per Tier Points milestone per member per gaming day only.
6. ) Dining vouchers can be used to avail a special DD rate at selected restaurants and outlets in Okada Manila.
7. ) Lifestyle vouchers can be used to purchase items in participating outlets or Reward Circle Collections.

Redemption is subject to the specific terms and conditions, operating hours, and promotional offers of the outlet as applicable.
Raffle Draw
1. ) Raffle draw will be held every first of the month, 6 PM, at The Coral Lounge Promo Area.
2. ) Raffle voucher is valid on the nearest draw schedule from printing date.
3. ) Member must drop their raffle vouchers in the drop box before 5:45 PM every draw.
4. ) There will be 3 winners every raffle draw:
● PHP 600,000 in Free Play (1 winner)
● PHP 300,000 in Free Play (1 winner)
● PHP 100,000 in Free Play (1 winner)
5. ) Winners do not need to be present during the draw. They will be notified via SMS or call.
6. ) Member may only win once. All winners are final and there will be no re-draw.
7. ) Non-winning raffle vouchers will be disposed of after its scheduled draw.
8. ) Winners will be given seven (7) days to redeem the prize at the Membership and Rewards Counter.
Prize Redemption
1. ) Member must be present during prize redemption. Proxy is not allowed.
2. ) Voucher must be signed by the member before use.
3. ) Dining vouchers are for dine-in transactions only. Take-away is not allowed.
4. ) Voucher is for one-time use only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
5. ) If the amount of voucher is not fully utilized, the outlet is not required to give cash change to the member.
6. ) For Free Play option, member should proceed to Membership and Rewards counter.
7. ) Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date indicated on the front side of the voucher.
8. ) Expired vouchers will be considered null and void.
9. ) Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged to cash or for partial redemption.
10. ) Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand-printed, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical, or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.
11. ) Lost or stolen voucher/s will not be reissued.
12. ) Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.
13. ) All matters and disputes shall be subject to final decision of Okada Manila.
