Terms and Conditions:
● Booking and stay period is until June 30, 2023.
● Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
● Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
● Discount is applicable for cash, credit card, and OKash transactions only.
● Discount is valid from Sundays to Thursdays except for blackout dates.
● Blackout dates are the following: New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Holy Week, Labor Day/Japan Memorial Day, All Saints’ Day, Holiday Season, Eve of Public Holidays, and other public holidays mandated by the Philippine government.
● A maximum of 2 rooms are allowed to be booked, per day.
● Bookings are subject to room availability and are non-transferable.
● Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
● Discount may not be claimed in conjunction with statutory discounts for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
● Guest shall not sell, transfer, or share the hotel room booking or accommodation with other persons or occupants without permission from Okada Manila. Violators may be banned from the premises, may be disqualified from programs and promotions, or may be held liable for damages, at the sole discretion of Okada Manila.
● For credit card transactions, members must present a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Availed room rates, taxes, and applicable fees will be charged at the time of booking.
● Standard check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out time is at 12 NN. Additional fee applies for early check-in and/or late check-out requests.
● Members are required to present their Reward Circle membership card together with 1 valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
● Senior citizens may avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
● Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

● Any cancellation or amendment made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date (3 PM local time) or in the event of no show, will incur a one-night’s room charge, subject to prevailing service charge and taxes.
