Mechanics
Halloween Unlocked! is open to all kids (ages 1 to 17 years old) and adults (18 years and up).
Tickets can be purchased at the Play counter and online through SM Tickets.

Terms and Conditions
● Halloween: Unlocked! Passes for October 26 are valid on the same day only.
● Halloween: Unlocked! Passes for October 27 are valid on the same day only.
● Registration for the 1st session opens at 9:00 AM, door opens at 10:00 AM, and celebration ends at 2:00 PM.
● Registration for the 2nd session opens at 2:00 PM, door opens at 3:00 PM, and celebration ends at 7:00 PM.
● Guests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
● For tickets purchased at the PLAY reception, official receipt must be presented upon check-in.
● For tickets paid through payment links, confirmation email must be presented upon check-in.
● For tickets purchased through any SM Tickets outlet, physical ticket must be presented upon check-in. For SM ● ● Tickets online, e-ticket must be presented.
● Each guest will be issued a dedicated wristband for access to the event program, games, and activities.
● Wristbands must be worn at all times while in the event.
● Only adults with children are allowed to register.
● Children ages 15 and below must be accompanied by at least one guardian while in the event.
● Parents and guardians must not leave their child unattended.
● Any child who is feeling unwell, sick, or has had a fever (and not on fever-reducing medication) within the last 24 hours, or has had any recent exposure to a contagious illness shall not be allowed entry.
● Do not leave belongings unattended. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the event.
● Please check all treats for allergens (peanuts, dairy, seafood, etc.) before consuming.
● Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
