We have been made aware of various scams and fraudulent and illegal activities by unauthorized persons and entities using the name of Okada Manila. Please be vigilant and always beware of the following:

●    Illegal Selling of Hotel Rooms: We do not authorize room reservations to be sold through social media or by individuals claiming affiliation with our resort. Bookings made by one person on behalf of another to avail of special rates are against our terms of use. Reservations made through unauthorized channels will not be honored and are likely fraudulent.

●    Illicit Sale of Services and Vouchers: Be cautious of any offers for services such as buffet or premium dining, spa treatments, access to amenities, or events through vouchers, tickets, and promotions not sold directly through our official or authorized outlets.  These offers may be fake and may not be accepted or recognized by Okada Manila.

●    Investment Scams: Do not fall for any solicitation of investments promising financial gains or business opportunities using the name of Okada Manila. Any such enticement to engage in investment activities should be treated with extreme skepticism and reported to the appropriate authorities.

●    Sale of Branded Merchandise: Authentic Okada Manila merchandise is only sold on our property. Beware of individuals or groups selling products or services bearing the Okada Manila mark in other venues and online sites.  Purchasing items from unauthorized sellers may result in acquiring counterfeit goods.
